Insurance and payment


Our clinic accepts all insurance plans. However, please call in advance of your first visit so that we may check on your plan’s benefit eligibility.  We will confirm your financial obligation such ad co-pay, co-insurance and deductible before you begin treatment. 

As a service to our patients, we will gladly file claims with your insurance company on your behalf. In order to appropriately submit these claims, we will need to obtain a copy of your insurance identification card to ensure that we have the necessary information.  A doctor’s referral is required for processing most insurance claims.


It is important to us that your care comes first, therefore we will make the financial part of your visit with us as simple as possible.  Payment is expected on the day of consultation and at the end of each treatment session. You will be provided with a receipt with all the information regarding your treatment and the name of the practitioner. If you have health insurance that covers your treatment you may send your receipt to your insurance company along with a claim form or as a service to you, we will gladly file claims with your insurance company.  Your insurance provider may also require that you send a referral for treatment from your doctor.
